Our Story

Cotton and Sage was established in November 2020 by myself, Lauren Barbas with a dream that I was blissfully unaware would become a reality. 

We began by creating solely "pre made" everlasting floral arrangements on my parents dining table "just for fun". Little did I know that my fun would be admired by friends, family and soon strangers. Within a few short weeks, we had introduced custom everlasting arrangements, corsages and Christmas baubles.

I have always been a sucker for the finer details, and when I can't find something myself I will always try to make it myself - leading to the beginning of our ever-growing hire range.

In April 2022 we moved in to our first space inside The Emporium, which I like to describe as an open work space. If you visit The Emporium on a Thursday - Saturday, you will likely see us smashing out orders or preparing for events within an organised chaos!

I pride myself on our ability to use personal experiences to bring a relatable approach to each client and their needs, whether that be bringing a floral vision to life, designing signage or providing the perfect hire items to a client for their next event, I always want Cotton and Sage to be known for our customer service, relatability and around the clock attitude. 

I am so proud of where we are today and it certainly wouldn't be possible without YOU!
